If you're
like most business people (including me) before you work with
anyone ... you want to know a little bit about them. What's
their background? What are they like?
You
need to know more.
Here's
a short biography. If there's anything you'd like to know
in greater detail ... please ask. I'm happy to send a quick
response.
I have been involved
in the B2B and B2C business world since the tender age of
twelve. Selling, marketing, and business perspective run in
my family.
On the
far flung east coast of the continent, my father--as a young
man--became North America's top producing salesman for a leading
business equipment manufacturer. For me, practicing the honesty,
empathy and enthusiasm required for sales became second nature.
Always
interested in human nature and the world in general I took
an honors liberal arts degree focusing in philosophy. Today,
that understanding of what matters to humans (a better life)
and of how to make a compelling argument allows me to deliver
crisp, powerful promotions for marketing clients.
Pursuing
a natural inclination to be a strong advocate I later earned
a law degree. Constructing watertight arguments to a trial
lawyer's "KISS" standard (keep it simple-stupid)
today functions as an essential part of my copywriting service.
Along the way I also worked
as a software and database developer for a major US information
solutions consulting firm and for a large international online
training company
Today
(and for the past six years) marketing and promotional writing
are my focus. Here I'm able to pursue activities I find particularly
satisfying. I mean the practice of advocacy, discovery, persuasion
and the written word.
I learn from masters who have
been around for decades (some over a century) and contemporary
masters who bring new techniques for dealing with an ever
more savvy, ever more skeptical public marketplace.
When
you make contact you'll find a friendly, helpful partner providing
great, quick assistance in your efforts for success.
I want to discover what you
have to offer, your unique "hot-button" benefit(s),
and the dozens of other things that will allow me to create
for your product a promotion that produces like your best
sales-rep ever.

Note: Copywriting is a powerful tool. It persuades
people (your prospects) to do things they might not otherwise
do. It must used responsibly. I therefore reserve the
